1 Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the 81550 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and the management of the 81550 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. 81550 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close any account found to be in breach of this requirement.
2 Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — secure. Do not share your login details with anyone. 81550 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by the user's own negligence.
81550 reserves the right to request full identity verification at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a valid copy of your national ID or passport. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension until verification is complete.
3 User Responsibilities & Rules of Use
Users of the 81550 platform are responsible for ensuring that all activities conducted through their accounts comply with these terms and applicable laws. The following are strictly prohibited:
Any attempt to manipulate the system — including the use of automation software, bots, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage — is prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
The 81550 platform must not be used for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity. Any suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the operation of the platform, its servers, or related infrastructure is prohibited and may result in legal action.
User accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party. Each account is the sole personal property of the registered account holder.
4 Payment & Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 81550 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:
- The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most available payment methods, including TNG eWallet and FPX.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the user's 81550 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 3 business days, depending on the payment method and the verification process required.
- 81550 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal that requires further investigation relating to identity verification or transaction security.
- Any transaction fees or charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user.
- Funds deposited into the platform are non-refundable except under circumstances specified by the platform's current policy.
5 Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 81550 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. 81550 makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times. 81550 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, processing delays, or system errors.
All content on the 81550 platform — including logos, text, graphics, interfaces, and software code — is the exclusive property of 81550 or its licensors. No part of the platform's content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from 81550.
The 81550 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only and do not imply that 81550 endorses or vouches for the content of those sites. 81550 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website.
6 Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
81550 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, suspected fraud, or at the platform management's sole discretion. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be returned, subject to the outcome of the relevant investigation.
81550 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the 81550 platform should first be resolved through negotiation before any legal action is taken. The official language of these terms is Bahasa Melayu.
